A series of four, measured 5km races on Hong Kong Island 連續四場5公里賽事在港島舉行。
Race 1 : 15th August 2020, Wanchai Gap Playground (灣仔峽遊樂場)

In each race, medals will be given to the first five finishers in each category.
每場賽事，每一組別首五名運動員獲頒獎章。
AVOHK has decided to award Series prizes and trophies to the top 4 finishers in those age-categories with large enough fields match 4 finishers. Those that do not well remain prizes & trophies for top 3 finishers.
For the Overall Series Awards, the best three race results will be counted, the first four runners in each category will be given a trophy and cash coupons (subject to number of entries per category). In the event of a series tie, the result from Race 4 will decide overall award
整體賽事獎計算方式，以最佳的三場賽事名次計分，如總分數相同，則以最後一場賽事的得分決定名次。每一組別首三名運動員獲頒獎座及禮券 (會視乎該組的參賽人數而增減獎勵名額)。
All Race start at 8:00 am 四場比賽於早上八時正舉行。
Running Tee is given when runner pick up his/her race bib.
當參賽者領取號碼布，可以同時取得跑步T恤。
Strictly NO ENTRIES on the race day. Updated entry list and detailed information will be posted on www.avohk.org one week before each race.
不接受即場報名。 參賽名單和賽事資料，會於每場賽事一星期前刋登在 www.avohk.org。Race number bib will be given out at the first race you run, you should keep this number bib for all races.
號碼布將於賽事當日派發，請保留號碼布，四場賽事用同一塊號碼布。
The AVOHK operates a “non refund policy”. Once your entry is accepted, your entry fee is not refundable nor transferable. If an event has been cancelled due to inclement weather or other reason beyond the control of AVOHK, the race will not be re-scheduled, and your entry fee will not be refunded nor can it be transferred.
If T8, Red Rainstorm, Black Rainstorm us hoisted by 6:00am, the race will be cancelled.
There is no rescheduling for cancelled race.
Entry fee will not be refunded, nor transferred.
Red, Black Rainstorm, T8 warning issued by 6:00 am on race day, event will be cancelled. We will attempt to reschedule the race. Entry will not be refunded.
當紅色或黑色暴雨警告，8號風球於比賽兩小時前生效，賽事將會取消，本會會儘量擇日再比賽，報名費不會退還。
